Here you will find links to technology-related websites that I think are interesting.
OsNews: Maybe not as focused exclusively on Operating Systems as in the old days, but it remains one of my favourite technology-related websites. Don't miss the comments of the readers, where you can find really interesting discussions.
DataHoarder subreddit: A nice place to find interesting discussions related to Data Hoarding.
Tedium: "Tedium has existed to answer a simple question: Can boring things be made interesting? Can we uncover the history of things that usually don’t have histories written about them? And can a voice be given to areas of life that generally aren’t thought about that much? It took us a while to get there, but the answer is yes. We think". One of the most entertaining newsletters you'll find. Software & Technology is not the best place to classsify Tedium, but I'll be leaving it here for now until I have a better place in the website.
The Register: A news outlet with their own special way of explaining things
NotebookCheck.net: The best and really exhaustive laptop reviews
CD-ROM Journal: "CD-ROM Journal is your guide to the most interesting, obscure, and strange games and multimedia art throughout history. My goal is to bring you fascinating things you’ve never heard of and to provide deep dives into underexplored art. I have a particular, though not exclusive, focus on Japanese CD-ROM games." by Misty de Méo, found also on Twitter (http://twitter.com/mistydemeo)
OS/2 Museum: "This blog is devoted to the history of OS/2 and random aspects of PC software and hardware history, with emphasis on the 1987-1997 period. The past has met the future in the form of virtualization, and running vintage operating systems in virtual machines will also be discussed."
